We at CannaBliss Clouds are extremely aware of the urgency that orders placed with have. These tools help to medicate, relieve stress, or simply just relax. The world is a crazy place and the last thing anyone needs is more stress.

We created the following tenets to ensure that your order is nothing but Bliss.

1.  Your order will always ship within 24 hours, except Sundays
2. If upgraded shipping is paid, your order will be shipped USPS Priority at a minimum
3. We use as much recycled packaging as possible
4. All items are packaged safe and secure with absolute care
5. We offer a simple, and fast return or exchange process – Just send us an email!

We get it that not everyone gets it. When it comes to your order – fret not! We have you covered. All CannaBliss orders are packaged in standard White USPS post office boxes, plain brown cardboard boxes, or yellow bubble mailer envelopes. There is no brand packaging, stickers, or other indicators on the package.

On top of that the shipping label also provides anonymity to the contents of the package. As the sender,

all shipping labels are sent from ‘CBVC’ or 'Busy Bee Consulting'. We will never print our full business name to continue to protect

our customers. You can rest assured that any secrets are safe with us!

Lastly, the Credit Card statement. Similar to the shipping labels, CannaBliss Clouds also offers discrete payments. Any charges through our website will show on a credit statement as ‘CBVC’, or ‘Busy Bee Consulting’. We go to extreme measures to keep payments safe and secure. Another reason why everyday at CannaBliss Clouds is another day in Bliss.
